As I see it, not allowing students using their mobile phones will not stop them from doing it; additionally, students in high school are big enough to be at least responsible of their own study method and they can totally handle in a right way their devices, that can be very useful. And, so far as possible, I think they deserve to be trusted. Side: Yes
In my point of view the use of mobile phones in class should be allowed because they may be useful in different cases and they could be a great learning tool. In addition I think students should definitely be allowed to use them in class especially if the teachers themselves use theirs during the lesson. Side: Yes
In my point of view the mobile phone can be used in class as a learning device, because the students can use calculators or translation sites for foreign languages. For example sometimes I use my phone during my German class, because I do not understand some words meaning and my thecher agrees with this learning method. Side: Yes

for me, the use of the phone in class first is a breach of the school rules, and lack of respect for the sanctity of the place,as it's a full confusion for students who want to concentrate during the lesson, also it's a kind of lure for the user to not be able to focus on the explanation of the prof, and that's gonna be a big reason for getting low marks, but using it only for some difficulties of study and only for some minits could be useful sometimes. Students could use cellphones inappropriately in class. They could cheat on tests or text their classmates. Mobile phones are distracting for students and teachers. It's hard to concentrate if someone's cellphone is ringing. Using mobile phones in class is just a waste of time that distracts both teachers and students. Side: No
